1. We have every right to change the prices shown in this site without further notice.

2. We will make sure that every personalisation is made exactly like the filled-out form. Any mistakes, if not made by us, is out of our responsibility. If any mistakes are in fact ours, we will gladly change it.

3. Any orders that have been placed can not be cancelled. If so, you will be charged 50% of the total price. If you fail to pay the fine, you will be blacklisted.

4. No cancellation and refund after payment. The payment is considered to be final.

5. If any changes needed to be made, please make sure that it is before our final confirmation (STEP 6). Otherwise, your changes wouldn't be met.

6. Please note that every designs provided in this site is a template. There will be no customisation regarding font, color, pattern, symbol, background, illustration and pictures. The customisation is prior to personalisation and sizing only.

7. Any of the materials in our work are protected by copyright. You may not alter, duplicate, copy, resell and/ distribute without written permission from us. Legal law & fine applied.

8. Your purchased work is yours to freely use. You can re-print it as many times as you want, as long as you don't violate the term #7 above.
